Successfully directing diverse engineering teams spanning several time zones for multimillion Dollar projects, studies and proposals got me into close collaboration with experienced leaders passionate about their work. I am motivating my team to deliver on project goals by leading with the very passion that is inspiring me until now.

While I will never lose focus of the holistic view of the project, I am obsessed with details and high quality. Thus, I gained in-depth knowledge of fundamental conveyor design methods like dynamic analysis, horizontal curves, gearless drives, low resistance and underground belting.

I live by a stringed work ethic and will lead by example, allow for flexibility, but prevent that exceptions are becoming the rule, to establish a robust workflow to archive all quality goals required.

I am highly proficient in spoken and written English, while German is my native language.
